Angel of Hope Idaho is a community remembrance project. We collect only what we need to respond to you, review story submissions, and keep the park running.

What we collect

When you use this website, we may collect:

• Story submissions - your name and contact details, information about your loved one, the story you write, and any photographs or PDF you upload.
• Technical details - your IP address and browser information, recorded with form submissions to help us identify automated spam.

How we use it

• To respond to your message or question.
• To review, edit, and publish story submissions with your permission.
• To keep records of memorial inscriptions and donor recognition preferences.
• To protect the website from automated spam.

What we publish

We never publish your email address or phone number. When a story is published, we show your loved one’s name, the dates you provided, the story text, and the photographs you chose to share - nothing else.

Sponsor recognition is always optional. Donors may be listed by name, listed as anonymous, or left off the sponsor page entirely.

Donations

Donations are processed by Donorbox, not by this website. We never see or store your card details. Donorbox’s own privacy policy governs the information you provide during a donation.

Who can see your information

Submissions are visible only to the small group of approved Angel of Hope Idaho administrators who review them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and story submissions are kept for as long as they are useful to the project’s records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Remove your story, your photographs, or your recognition from the website.
• Delete your information entirely.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to keep forms secure and working. Video content is embedded through YouTube’s no-cookie service, so nothing is set until you press play.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Stories about children are submitted by their families.
